I’ve yet to ever see or hear about girls approaching men they themselves are attracted to, in all cases it was the guy who made the first move.
I think it’s a myth that girls will make a move for a guy they really like.

Yeah if I was at work and a girl came up to me and said hi I would just think she's being friendly and looking for friends. I have attended a bunch of colleges and I've pretty much always had a girl or whatever try and strike up a conversation with me which I chalk up to them being nice and wanting friends, not because they are interested. After all, I'm too ugly.
