how bad is your acne, if it's really really bad then go for accutane, dont risk using both of them at the same times

Don't run both. Accutane does systemically what tret does topically, so the tret adds irritation without adding results. Standard move is dropping the topical when you start. Your skin's going to be dry enough as it is.

my acne was never actually that bad, but tret helped my skin get pretty clear so now i just have a few spots of acne but nothing too bad. i just wanted to see how accutane would work on me but now i lowkey changed my mind, i think ill just stick with tret for now
