Currently on 10/19/2026:

I just weighed myself at 10:53 PM and I was 133.6 lb but obviously weight fluctuates throughout the day and I've also recently started going to the gym so I've gained some weight do to that as well

I haven't had my height measured since my last doctor's appointment in February, so I don't know exactly how tall I am

Now here are the 2 X-rays that I've had done to determine if my growth plates were open or closed:

My left wrist X-ray on February 25th, 2026:

wrist 1.webp
wrist 2.webp
wrist 3.webp

My right knee X-ray on June 26th, 2026:

knee 1.webp
knee 2.webp
knee 3.webp

So now the question is are my growth plates closed

From what I can tell, my knees are (which are matters most I believe)

Also, my wrists probably fused in the time in between x-rays and definitely by now

But I'd still like to hear other opinions

Because obviously if there is genuine growth potential, I would deploy pharmacology

But if I'm completely done growing, it would be incredibly retarded to spend a shit ton of money on drugs that are gonna make my quality of life worse, just to not grow at all

Limb Lengthening Surgery is obviously the best thing for people with closed plates, but I'd like to hear other things that work

Another obvious thing is lifts

I currently wear insoles inside of regular shoes, but I've been considering ordering real elevator shoes

Those are the 2 most basic closed plate heightmaxxes, so if there's anything else lmk

I've heard of MSM + glucosamine, and i've used it, but idk if it's actually true that it preserves morning height

Also, heard of heel smashing :kekw: (but if it works, it works)

Idk i'm kind of rambling now and i've turned this whole thread into a journal basically but idgaf anymore

PLEASE lmk what you think about my situation and what you think I should do

Also, give me your best heightmaxxes that work for people with closed plates

I think it’s best if you ldar bro. Accept it. Honestly get the surgery but only like 2 inches so you don’t do as much harm and fraud with height boosters shoes and clothing proportion

radiographic x rays overrate growth plate state
you could get an mri of the knee to see rest activity if you have any rest activity you should use high dose hgh sag21k cycled with abaloparatide since you are in very late stages fgfr3 inhib crush your e2 with ai tamox for era af2 ky19382 for wnt dht derivatives low dose test or preferable no test base
mtren is good too because it increases your height velocity by a lot

how will you feel tomorrow when you wake up with your dick superglued up your ass
but i didn't have breakfast this morning
I think it’s best if you ldar bro. Accept it. Honestly get the surgery but only like 2 inches so you don’t do as much harm and fraud with height boosters shoes and clothing proportion
nah i'm never gonna ldar

my face is still good and 5'7-8 (assuming that's what i am) isn't death tier

also, physique halo is incoming

if i were to get LL, i'd go all in and go for like 5 inches in one surgery

hit 6ft and with the new tech that's definitely achievable

money is literally the only thing holding me back

how do x-rays overrate

and elaborate on the mri shit

do you have any examples of what activity vs inactivity looks like

also, how can you tell that i'm in late stages vs being done

how do x-rays overrate
xrays just rely on a line if the xray doesnt show a big enough radiolucent line the growth plate will be seen as closed if the bone surrounding the growth plate is highly mineralized or very dense it will also mask the growth plate and it will be seen as closed radiograhps overestimate growth plate fusion

it determines rest activity better than an x ray because it doesn't rely on a line you see everything

i dont have expmales because usally a radiologist analyzes it they check if you have any rest activity left with small rest activity left natural growth is impossible tho so you need pharmacology

well what do you think about the x-rays i provided

ik you don't like them but what could you take away from them
it detemites rest activity better than a xray because it doesnt rely on a line you see everything
so why isn't that common practice?

an x-ray is the gold standard to check growth plates
i dont have expmales because usally a radiologist analyzes it they check if you have any rest activity left with small rest activity left natural growth is impossible tho so you need pharmacology
if you NEED pharmacology to grow because of how little growth you'd be able to achieve naturally, i doubt you'd grow much even with pharma

looks closed to me
so why isn't that common practice?
an x-ray is the gold standard to check growth plates
expensive and takes more time
Results: MRI assessment of distal radial growth plate fusion has good correlation with plain radiograph fusion (r=0.949). The mean of x-ray grading is higher than the MRI grading in the 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 years old age groups with p=0.443, 0.001, 0.009, <0.001 and 0.003, respectively, using Wilcoxon signed ranked test. Intraobserver and interobserver correlations were high (r=0.9). T1 MRI correlation with chronological age (r=0.771) was close to plain radiographs (r=0.821) with p value of <0.001.
Conclusion: This article is of major importance as it is the first to show that x-rays significantly overrate the grading of fusion in this age group and therefore should not be used to exclude overaged players as is occurring now to the distress of many genuinely eligible players.

if you NEED pharmacology to grow because of how little growth you'd be able to achieve naturally, i doubt you'd grow much even with pharma
better than nothing and you cant know
