is losing 50 lbs in 6 months okay? and can it be lost with no loose skin

Certainly possible. I've lost 60 in roughly 3 months a few years back but I did it the wrong way (starving myself). I looked anorexic and weak at the end, do not recommend. Keep your protein intake high daily while being in a calorie deficit, and move more. Hit the gym 3-5x a week to retain muscle during the cut and if you stay consistent you should be able to drop 50 in 6 months.

Edit: I didn't have any loose skin at the end of my cut back then, went from 215 to 155. 5'9 male. If you build muscle or have muscle already, your chances of having loose skin decrease.

i do have a lot of muscle but i also have a lot of fat, im more doing this for wrestling because i do wrestling and want to drop down to 160, i am 210 right now

Yea it's possible for sure. If you've got muscle now thats good, retain it. It'll help reduce the chances of loose skin. Height may also play a factor in having loose skin or not, I know genetics do too. I lucked out with my aggressive cut. If you hold yourself accountable and stay consistent I bet you could lose it in less than 6 months. Wrestlers usually have a knack for cutting weight.
