I don’t think so. You can try to look into it. You genuinely have nice eyes though; nice shape, color, and strong orbitals it seems.

This is the side I do have genetic hollowness under my eyes and I've been resently trying to take care of the darkness it js looks worse from the side

You would actually benefit from an upper eyelid fat graft slightly (as would anyone tbh), but hardly enough to make it worth it..
