I think it is because of the v-shape, when i wake up my breath smells like shit well worse and mouth is dry aswell i have a brain frog for like the first 2 hours and teeth always have been wack since i had careless parents. still not 18 but did realize they are morons but it was to late ( im 16) i want to go to the orthopedist or dentist to confirm it but no mom dont want to havent even had hygiene dude ill get it myself soon since i cant take this shit anymore and ill also want to consider MARPE well i have decided i want to so ill work in the summer and forgot to mention i have a reccesed chin, and big ass bumb on my nose i think it may be a devieted septum also my maxilla is reccesed , face is sunken in as well asymetrical zygos and jaw ah and i have zero forward growth, well i have more stuff going on with my face AND IS THERE A POINT IN GETTING A MARPE EVEN AT MY AGE (remembed my growth plates fused at 14 and havent grew in 2 years/ didnt have early puberty started around 12 first growth spurts then. im not sure if they are fused but havent grown in 2 years. and my bone density is almost the same as my brother he is (13) quite literally one of the weakest people in my class even tho i am the oldest. AND ARE THERE ANY DRUGS WHICH STIMULATE BONE GROWTH IDGAF WHERE I HATE BEING BONELESS, AND SMALL please help (hate when women consider me a weirdo/freak and avoid me cus of my looks I dont talk with them anyway or make contact with them since i look terrible)
