Discussion Is Ntmaxxing the way?

ntmaxxing is useless if you're not goodlooking

Yeah but do you think it’s worth being NT when you’re low-mid htn?

If 'NTMaxxing' refers to getting better at socialization:

The #1 suggestion you'd probably get is by increasing socialization and increasing your exposure to a variety of people. @TonyDr normally suggests working in a customer service j*b (retail/food/waiter/etc) and @pompompurino has suggested taking public speaking classes.

I work as a waiter and am gonna take a take a public speaking class next year, but still socializing feels awkward in some situations. Hopefully, i get less bp’d by next year

It's something you'd get better with over time. If you think it might be a mental health issue (like anxiety/etc) then medicine, a therapist or just looking into anxiety itself on Google might help. I normally self-treat my own mental health problems at home but a therapist help a lot of people, so it would depend on your personal needs.

It could be anxiety but that feels like something i gained from the bp, it could’ve also just developed at the same time unrelated. Thank you for the suggestion

if you can’t be social then your looks don’t help all that much might just scare people away
