I assume because the type of content that is hosted on Master's sites, he struggles to host it on popular hosting services, and so because it's a smaller server the downtime is related to the physical server the content is hosted on.

In the past when all of his sites went offline at once and for a few hours, almost a whole day, when they went back online he said it was because of a fan issue (so the servers were struggling to cool down). This is very unusual for popular services because they normally have backups and because they work with bigger clients their goal is to always keep the servers online as best they can. The fact it went offline for a hardware problem and he knew what the hardware problem was makes me believe it's a small server.

It's possible to buy a single server and then host a website at your home and etc. So in theory you can be renting out a server anywhere to anyone.The fact he was not "required" to make changes related to his content, e.g. gore, woman hate, revenge porn, etc., and did it willingly, makes me assume he's also not tied to a strict Terms of Service.

I'm not sure if that's what is actually happening, it's just my assumption. And hosting content on like smaller or individual servers usually causes more problems overall.
