Is Potassium for debloat cope?

I've seen mixed opinions on whether or not pottasium actually helps with debloating. What are your thoughts on this and better yet, have any of you actually seen results from this?

electrolyte ratio is key, not supplementing potassium or sodium particularly just have a balanced diet or u will cause bloat

no it doesn't work, and it's cope might even do more harm than good, which could even lead to hyperkalemia in severe cases (ie,. high blood potassium levels usually greater than 5.0-5.5 meq/l)

if your bloated, simply take 40mg Lasix, keep playing around with the dosage till you find one that works for you

Make sure to stack up on electrolytes so you don't r**e your kidneys and die

Yes potassium helps to debloat it depends on ur bmi if u are a fatass potassium wont do anything and from my experience It helps me I eat 4-5 bananas a day and there is a difference :peepoComfy:
