My hair is fucking thinning at 14 I need even the slightest bit of hope
Yeah it’s cope, since your 14 it’s too early to nuke ur dht with finestaride unless u wanna be a dicklet. So the best thing u can get is topical minoxidil and a derma stamp

I'll see if I can get minoxodil soon, but rosemary oil is all I got rn. Might as well try it

Not exactly cope as it does promote scalp health but it doesn't actually do anything to stop the hairline receding further.

A mix of 5% Rosemary, 5% Lavender and 5% Tea Tree essential oils combined in a carrier oil (50% castor oil 50% Ethanol + few drops of vitamin E), applying on the scalp with a mini roll-on like this

Should reduce inflammation and promote hair growth @Currycelloser
Also consider this way to solve thinning with common scalp tension :

And using a scalp massages machine :

Overall with that you should limit the hair loss, but once you're 20yo you better hop on low-dose fin for the rest of your life, especially if your ancestors are bald

Have you tried anything presented ?
I started taking multivitamins and massaging the scalp, I was already getting my zinc just with my daily diet. I always had a bad hairline but I was concerned about the thinning ngl as it got more noticeable (probably cause of the haircut) Also I didn't try out any of the dht stuff for obvious reasons

My dad got a hair transplant but he cuts his hair ultra short, I recently got a buzz cut cause of a bet I made and I told my dad I can't wait for it to grow back and he said long hair is feminine and I legit told him my friends made fun of me for cutting my hair

use derma roller once a month, minoxidil everynight and caffeine serum during the day! also massage ur scalp daily for 10 minutes
