Eh bit of an urban legend bit of something real as we all know running is healthy and sheeit but the combination of high intensity cardio plus element exposure, and low body fat can accelerate skin aging and elasticity loss but. Ts can be stopped with proper diet hydration and sunscreen usage however.

helpful as always
im giving ur first solution

People who run outside regularly tend to have aged skin which is probably a combination of inconsistent sunscreening and wind burn. I just learned about wind burn and it's yet another reason I have no interest in running outside 😭
