I think it's extremely important for a woman. Having a sense of humour, dark jokes, can laugh of herself and teasing back etc... Of course without being extremely mean or violent

It depends on why you're dating the girl you're currently dating. If you're there for sex and because she's hot, then it's not really a deal-breaker. If you're dating someone because they're hot and have a nice personality, you'd be willing to tolerate a small amount of incompatible humor. If you're dating her primarily because of her personality, then it's kind of a deal-breaker because that's the primary reason you're with her.
