It depends.
Hook-up culture ? Women tend to developp traumas and unsatisfaction/frustration as they expect top-tier performance from a guy who dgaf about them.

Sex in a loving relationship ? Hell yeah, especially if you perform the proper way, you have that inner satisfaction to please the woman you love

Hook-up culture is only beneficial to HTN+ men if they dgaf about LTRs and womens feelings in general.
Women who are deep into hook-up culture have some untreated issues and mental health struggles, and try to get attention/validation from (gl) men through giving their body.
That's why you see a lot of young women with traumas & deep hatred misandry toward men.

Htn+ men create those traumas in women, mtn- should deal with them

My “sadism” is closely related to female feelings, which is why I have often avoided casual sex like the plague
