Seeing the images you sent, you seem to have body dysmorphia due to the super thin models and even cartoon characters you see. I can assure you the great majority of men don’t find it attractive as it seems very unhealthy. Don’t sacrifice your health for unrealistic body standards.

As for the surgery, it’s completely pointless. Having wide clavicles is considered to be a good physical attribute and reducing them won’t do anything for your looks.
