Never rlly looked into it. Give other methods for solution
Sleeping on your back doesn’t fix asymmetry, it prevents any asymmetry from becoming worse. To fix it you simply have to lean out, less sodium, more potassium, and chew evenly on each side. There are some non surgical treatments to fix this but they cost some money
