Ever since I started working out, so abt 2-3 months ago, i started noticing these white spots on my hand and forearm and no one i asked knew what it was.

anyways are the spots raised? could be exercise-induced urticaria

actually the more i look at this it looks like bier spots. idfk whats wrong with your skin tho u might want to get that checked out
