in the first place, i’ve been against it for months cuz it js sounds stupid, but rationally thinking? ultra processed food is obvious, but what about other additives? cutting all those modern things out, you’re left with what’s called primal diet

now some people take it too far, but tbh cutting out food that’s covered in plastic, ultra processed foods, additives, preservatives etc. and only consuming actually natural foods such as red meats from animals that aren’t controlled or injected, fruits and vegetables that aren’t contaminated with pesticides, unpasteurized dairy from healthy cows and uncontrolled cows, bread that’s freshly baked from a few ingredients, water free from chlorine and toxics, fruits directly plucked from trees to be eaten instead of b4 they’re ripe and freezing and conserving them? spices and herbs that grow naturally? would that actually have negative effect on you? no it wouldn’t.

but in the modern world it’s made hard. hard to look further than your own nose, hard to access food that hasn’t been fucked with, hard to not being weird doing so.
any food that you couldn’t find anywhere on the globe 100 or 200 years ago i’d something you shouldn’t eat, simple like that.

idk how to classify this at, as hypothese or info or wtvr but i hope it makes sense
i better NOT see any dnrs or “muh cope” if u acc have something to bring against ts, try to formulate it as well as possible

it's not cope.since vegetables have anti nutrients just like grainsludge like pasta or bread does.And if you eliminate that you are left with animal products and fruits.And since when you cook food you loose bacteria and nutrients.The raw/primal diet is optimal
 
tbh I think the majority of your diet should just be animal based, that's it you don't have to go full on ballastic and eat raw liver and raw eggs all the time (I did that during summer btw)

The raw meat and organs didn’t make me sick at all but I enjoy eating cooked shit and slop more and I need to unless my macros are dogshit so I just eat shit along with organs

just dont eat slop but that doesnt mean u have to limit yourself to exclusively raw liver and raw eggs like theres other nutrients u need to get

realistically is it worth it then? to eat raw meat for maybe 10% of nutrients? you don’t even have to heat it that much

@TonyDr seems to be the one who's had the most professional education when it comes to this subject so I'll be more than glad to see his answer on this question. Personally, I am not interested in following the raw primal diet. In fact I am more interested in being a vegetarian than a Goatis fanboy. Rn my diet is pretty much balanced with about 50% animal based foods (meat, eggs, fish, cheese, fermented milk) and the rest being cereals, nuts, legumes and vegetables.

Imo in a looksmaxxing context, the raw primal diet is an autistic non-sense, especially if your goal is to get girls (No, you'll never get a girl who eat raw liver you're delusional), you'll still need to have some cooking skills long-term.
Alongside that, it's obvious that people try to find a way to cope with their shit genetics/health and place high hopes in raw primal to change their physical appearance, especially among looksmaxxers.

It's well known that nutrients are preserved during cooking, the loss is minimal, or our ancestors would have died from micronutrients dificiencies and offsprings birth defects. If you're affraid to lose micronutrients, cook your meat & fish in a pressure cooker or in a stew, boil your eggs etc.
Our ancestors started to developp after cooking with the fire, and the 2nd time they started to developp is when mass carbs (e.g. potatoes) where produced and widely available to the population. We just experience drawbacks because we produce more carbs than our body needs, to grow.

We live in a world where now all your raw food is contaminated by pesticides, antibiotics and any cocktail of drugs/medications, so i really wonder how raw primal copers found their food. None have a garden, nobody go hunting, so buying your costco raw beef liver from uruguay farms will not improve your life.

From all forums combined i'm probably the most "raw primal" n***a since i've my hunting license so i've hunted mainly deers, i have a garden where i grow cabbages to make fermented sauerkraut and planned to try most vegetables, and i buy directly raw milk to do kefir, and raw beef
