Is there a guide for infraorbitals?

My side profile, I hate it so much. You can see all my flaws from it. I want to fix my infraorbitals, chin projection, supraorbital projection, and my make maxilla a little bit more projected. I’ll probably just get surgery..

All of these are related to bone structure which can't be fixed without surgery. You can fix dark undereyes caused by infraorbital recession with makeup and do DIY fillers for chin projection like @Orka did. For the maxilla go see an orthodontist and see if you can get a MSE. @Nbernical can you link your thread ?

I actually really want a palate expander because my teeth leave marks on the side of my tongue. Makes my tongue really sore in the morning. I have a herbst appliance and power chains. I’ll try to mention it to my orthodontist, but last time they just said I had a big tongue and did nothing about it. I’ll just tell the dude one instead.

Hopefully puberty saves me but I don’t think it will. I’ll probably just get peptides.

Peptides won't fix any of these skeletal problems, your best shot for your maxilla would be to seek the professional help of an orthodontist. Tell him what you can do for your big tongue.

for infras i guess retinol works sunscreen daily could work moisutrizer with ceramides (for skin thickness and quality) low bodyfat is law make sure to lower your systemic inflamation by cutting out for example alcohol late night eating and ultra processed foods. i recommend taking omega-3 to also help boost the process cut salts and for the love of god really get good sleep and i mean it because it helped me personally a ton. if smb disagrees please do tell

omega-3 is definetly not a peptide. they are essential fatty acids your body cant make on its own the important ones are EPA and DHA you usually get it from eating fish,fish oil supplements(omega-3 pills)algae oil etc...
they reduce inflamation make the skin barrier stronger helps collagen survive which slows skin aging improves skin tone and many other very good things. i take omega-3 pills myself at 15 and my parents never had a problem with it so you shouldnt also

omega 3 is found in fish its really good for your body but for the facial bones you cant really change them that drastically but maintain really good facial pasture and learn how to swallow and unless you are a good height (6+ft) dont use peptides that interfere with your bones as they might speed up your growing process and could cause you to grow shorter but try it if you are a good height.

they speed up the growing process but i doubt they really help as you body can sense what is needed and if it sees that it gets HGH or IGF-1 to much it might not even produce the amount needed to actually do anything and if u hop off your just fucked as your body isnt gonna produce the same amount as before

I’m a girl, so my height doesn’t really bother me. I do wish I was atleast 5’8 though.
