is there a way to fix symmetry?

Solution
face exercises, or hair/makeup fraud
and check with an orthodontist if you have any bite problems
also sleeping on one side isn't going to help maybe chewing on one side is helpful tho

my face is def asymetrical and i don't know what to do to fix it. Any tips?
sleeping positions also play a huge role into symmetry as sleeping on one side only gradually makes ur face drips and uneven, if you sleep opn one side urface drips to the side u are pushing on, if u sleep on ur stomach ur face becomes really flat overtime and sleeping on ur back helps allot to balance it out, so nothing is oushing on ur face, also guasha, and face fat is a key role to it Mark solution by clicking the 0 in the middle! :cool:
 
If you can see that it’s a muscle imbalance in the masseters,chewing on the non dominant side can help even it it out. But structural issues like zygomatic differences are usually only fixable via surgical solution. If you see that your jaw is kind of tilting more to another side and a side isn’t just heavy at the gonions then surgical solution is the main option. Give solution brau

Yeah no dont spread this cope propanaganda,sleeping on a pillow will not generate enough force to even cause a 0,1 millimeter difference in structural base. Sleeping on your back is also very unnatural and only gets comfortable after you force yourself to do it,no one naturally sleeps on their back since it’s makes sense to protect vital organs. It’s about sphenoid alignment,fuck this pisses me off.

Muscles are muscle,if they hypertrophy you can’t put them in a catabolic state via massages it dosen’t matter if it’s the face or even your dick. The only factor I see massages helping if some muscles are tense,which I doubt it.

that's most likely the problem that's why most kids have tmj too exercising wouldn't hurt

I would like to see a picture first honestly,I doubt she has much muscular asymmetry facially,because she mentioned eyes and cheekbones,most likely structural.
