Lwk the more I think about it the more I think there is not an equivalent. Makeup is obviously a temporary fraud, while cosmetic surgery is an instant, irreversible change. Steroids are more of a slow, gradual improvement.

Yeah I guess so. The closest thing is probably fillers. You are probably familiar with facial fillers, but there are fillers for your butt and breasts as well which some will seek as a safer but temporary alternative.
