Well yeah turkey nose jobs are gonna be more obvious compared to conservative european ones

the reason i made this thread is that there seems to be no doctor who's no consistently butching clients
lot of American users get charged like 15k and it's still extremely obviously something was done
doesn't even have much with the rest of the face/harmony, the nose itself speaks loudly

It’s when people change the tip and nostrils too much that it comes out botched/unnatural
