i have a 0.42 ipd calculated by mesuring the distance between my pupils and dividing by my zygos, I heard that expanding ur pallet or bone smashing your inner eyes helps but idk pls help

non- surgical/fraud methods - cover cheekbones and temples with hair. Grow your eyebrows with min and castor oil for enhancement, make nose slimmer (@over0), maybe you could enhance your pfl with pdo threads but @Knight and @Mandy? are better informed on them

Expanding the maxilla wont fix ratios, as the nose, the mouth, the zygos and everything grows laterally simultaneously

Yeah you can use it for pfl but interpupillary distance can generally on fixed via orbital box osteotomy. It's much more invasive of course but will give the best results. The IPDpill is kind of brutal,never over though!

Nobody ever talks about this, but literally shave the inner corners of your brows a bit. It makes ur eyes looks farther apart from eachother
