this a panoramic OPG X-ray not cephalometric X-ray.

The lower incisors appear crowded/overlapping, Upper front teeth also show irregular alignment from what I can see.

Lower wisdom teeth appear mesioangular, there's also Occlusal plane irregularity and slight mandible asymmetry I believe.

Can you see if the mandible is retruded?.we asked the ortho to do the lateral ceph and this was what he made us do.
