Is there anyway to make my middle third smaler

not generally, no. u can't rlly make only the middle third smaller on it's own. especially since it's mostly bone structure, changing it would require hardmaxxing that would in turn change other ratios.

softmaxxing with like lowering bf% or styling could change appearance slightly, but if ur already ideal bf% or near it, not much can be done. u could style in such a way to cause visual illusions ig, but the actually proportions wouldn't change. also mark solution bhai. 🥹
