frauding with contour or fake tan as contour helps
lashes will tske away from mid face
lip vertical length will also balance (and possibly philtrum)
freckles too (again fake tan freckles, henna freckles etc)

also look into lower third strengthening rather than mid face shortening if that makes any sense
also a lot of hair styles fan help w midface

the only thing I can think of rn that helps make your face slightly less wide is masseter botox
