well i used signal a lot to talk with "not rly ok people" its an app on ur phone which icon can be changed to sum like this:

it mogs cause you can set it up that it autodeletes messages after certain amount of time passed, there are many like it tbh
u can use shit like privnote.com too
basically making a message and only the first person who clicks on it will see it, then it gets destroyed and can't be recovered,

not truly, you can obfuscate the contents of a message but it's considerably harder to keep secret the fact that a message was sent.
