Do facial massages really work? I don't know what's useful. I understand that healthy habits help, but I don't know how I can complement them.
I have poor posture, I sleep and chew on only one side, and my bite is asymmetrical.
I've lost all hope.

for poor posture and sleep position u really gotta crack down on your habits and do ur best to correct them. like for posture u could get a posture corrector and at night sleep with ur head between two pillows so it keeps it straight. most massages are cope except lymphatic draining

facial massages = cope

for your bite go to an ortho, go to a chiro to fix your posture, chew on both sides, keep sleeping on your side its ideal(asymmetry isnt caused by that)
