I am trying to loose weight and this is what I ate today

Breakfast: a banana, one glass of fat free milk

Lunch: an egg, a banana, half a cucumber, stick of low fat cheese, 30 grams of liver pate, a clementine

Snack: protein milkshake (an egg, a banana, 2 cups fat free milk)

Dinner: 2 bowls vegetable soup (swede, leek, onion, homemade beef broth, celery, celeriac) mostly broth tbh

11 000 steps
30 minutes strength training
10 minutes neck curls/chintucs

Yeah, you're still going through puberty and I doubt this diet will reach your maintenance calories so just add a proper meal like an omelet or a dish.

Yeah, sometimes I eat more but I feel so fat when I do and it makes my dysphoria worse
 
I used to but that only lead to anorexia and that ruins my puberty and bonegrowth
Tracking your macros does not give u an Ed at perhaps micros it does if u really wanna lose weight and fat at least track protein carbs fat and calories as a baseline

Don't worry unless you eat a bunch of crap which in your diet you don't. You're still growing so unless you eat junk 24/7 you shouldn't worry that much about being fat if you're healthy. God I hate when bitches complain about "being fat* while being perfectly healthy

try to eat around 1400-1500 calories a day, you’re probably eating less which is not sustainable long term, try to search up on tiktok about losing weight with intuitive diet it’s also a really good option

js eat meat you dont get hungry and only need to eat like 1-2 times a day and dont need to track calories

1400 calories was what I ate when my bmi was slightly above normal
