im new to this can someone tell me if this good forward growth and what i could do to improve other then getting much more lean.

Why talk about forward growth when u have a clown haircut and ur out of shape

Idk if it’s genetics tho, many in my family had it and atleast ik Emma Watson has a similar one
Over projection isn’t all bad as long as the rest of your skull blends in with it. It needs to be harmonious with your whole face or it will draw unwanted attention to the lower third. I don’t know what you look like from the front so i can’t however judge on that basis.

I posted my face here afew times, and I think it looks normal from the front
 
I had hairoil in it so as eyebrows, it’s mostly washed
Have you tried other hair colors? I beleive you’d benefit from focusing on your coloring and miscellaneous features whilst maintaining a healthy diet, I can’t in good conscious tell you to cut weight at this juncture as your 16 and still developing so starving or going in an extreme cut can be debilitating to bone growth. What’s your diet hydration and exsersise looking like? Also sleep

So in the morning I take Vitamine k2 n D3 w some calcium supplements or milk, when I‘m going to school I eat an apple or a banana w a redbull, at school I mostly east a sandwich w tomato n mozzarella Salat, lunch is mostly the same, after school I take some zinc w biotin, for dinner I neither make smth w potatoes or a steak and when my mom makes dinner its noodles or potatoes and afew hours before I sleep I take msm w magnesium n sometimes also Ashwaganda or melatonin

I also walk atleast 15mins aday but its prob much more

And for snacks I often eat those konjac jelly you can get in an Asian conveniences store or shop online

15 minutes isn’t very much and also your probably not getting enough protein in with that little amount of food. Do you track calories and are you aware of your maintenance? Also the vitamins are okay but at you age I imagine you aren’t deficient in any of those assuming you’re somewhat active and go outside and shit so that’s a waste of money ngl

I know, I said atleast and heared Magnesium can help to sleep better n zinc w biotin should help to grow longer hair, I also have a severe version of dyscalculia (number dyslexia) so anything w numbers is out on me

Ah, supplements are mostly cope when it comes to hair. Biotin won’t grow your hair faster unless you are biotin DEFICIENT. You are better off with a simple nourishing hair care routine and possible low dose minoxidil.

😞, you lose the hair after stopping using minoxidil so guess I gotta wait long
