Dean is allowed to ban people just because. It's the 1 single perk of owning a website is deciding who stays and who goes. Dean is normally very forgiving, though. Normally if you send an email to him he'll unban you. It's easy to get banned on here but it's also easy to get unbanned, where on .org it's hard to get banned and it's hard to get unbanned. Normally the people you see around who shouldn't be around are people were banned and then unbanned after an email.

Sincerely all they have to do is send one email or use the Contact form. People have been unbanned for doing way more. I can't promise they will be unbanned (I don't handle emails), but I'm pretty sure Dean has a 90% forgiving rate or something.
