i mean if you have acne then yes 20mg for like i dont remember 3 months or 6 months but ideally low dose it for like im planning to take 20mg every other day for 3 yrs at least even tho i dont really have acne but dont forget fish oil omega 3 cus your joints need it also take your pills with food or right after food and also dont forget to have like around 10-15g of fat in your stomach already cus accutane is fat soluble cus if you dont 20mg will actually be like 8mg or sum like that so ideally just take it with fish oils
