It’s rather easy to cook delicious homemade meals

it’s cheaper, you’ll end up with a higher quality of food that’s also healthier
Not much food is wasted
You can easily adjust the macros and salt

Only problem is
It’s very time consuming, esp if you’re a beginner
And there’s the aftermath of washing the dishes and cleaning

like the food to be fresh
And I would think that some foods wouldn’t keep their texture and taste if refrigerated

I keep everything separate, ie if I make chicken all the chicken stays in an airtight box in the fridge and anything to accompany it stays in its own airtight box separate

By Saturday/Sunday yes somethings can have a worse texture but most are ok
