I would say that’s it’s more misanthropy. What I am feeling isn’t the proper definition of “internalized misogyny”.
You subconciously, without knowing, dislike yourself and your traits or your features. Your subconcious does not like the fact that you are an unlikable/hateable/pitiful person so you project that dislike onto the human race.
'I am a bad person [of poor quality, not bad as in evil] b-but so is everyone else, so I'm not even that bad!' is basically the cope your subconscious is giving you.
Your subconcious believes the idealist version of yourself is not a version of you where everything is better [looks, personality, habits, circumstance, past decisions, etc] but a MALE version of yourself who is essentually a stereotypical chad. Charismatic, good looking, rich lifestyle, etc etc etc which is where the internalized misogyny comes from, that you also project towards women.
Many women fantasize about being chads. I fully believe trans men for example are women who fantasize about being chad so much that they try to become him. Either that or they are just a porn addict who fetishizes gay relationships a bit too much.
This is not some extremely sharp psychological analysis, it's kind of obvious. You not recognizing this about yourself shows poor self reflection
