what you can do for now is focus on skincare and maintaining a healthy weight.
Eat so you grow well (unless you're already tall)
Change your haircut

If you can, go to an orthodontist for a palate expander or to check for malocclusions in your mandible. Your jaw is probably still developing though

In the future maybe look into a lip lift.
