I like supplements like GABA or L-theanine they increase GABA neurotransmitter in the brain which makes you much more calmer and you overthink less

There are other anti stress drugs

You can try talking to someone about your issue that can help as well

it’s never anything specific, it’s just about what’s on my mind. could be aboit the day i had, thinking about tomorrow, etc. i’ll look into it though, thank you for your advice

I highly advice to try 400mg l-Theanine (it’s safe it’s just a tea extract)

And avoid high screen time, spend more time outside during the day

For sleep you can take melatonin magnesium and drugs like pregab
 
i’ve heard sleeping with a 5’1 australian girl can be very stress relieving 🤔

magnesium, will do. i’ll need to do more research on l-theanine and gaba since i haven’t heard of it but thank you

These are godsent supplements for me

I’m much more calmer, that’s especially important when I’m on anabolic steroid cycle like trenbolone which makes you have that much more anxiety

I’d say L-theanine is more sustainable

Btw also glycine megadosing (from powder usually cause tablets are overpriced) like 3-5g can improve cognition sleep and stress tolerance a lot
 
That’s fine, what horror stories though ?
i’m not sure if i can say. i need to respect his privacy. however, i’m too far gone in this. there are several people who could probably find my location and what not and ruin my life. i’m not trying to increase those chances. sorry man, no offense to you because you are a trustworthy person from what i’ve seen, but i can’t risk anything
