You cant know that bro. A farmer lied to me that the cow is healthy, but it wasnt. You cant find a good source, dont trust other ppl. Only drink raw milk if u have a healthy cow that u raised urself in good conditions

There are no %100 grass fed cows unless its in a village. They feed them soybeans which makes the milk estrogenic. And the goverment vaxxes them afaik. But they give antibiotics yes. You cant find legit raw milk in 2024.
