People who are quiet, calm and mild mannered are losers. Such ppl don't deserve to stay in this world and I am also among them.

Seen this at school. Scary and strict teachers kept us in good control. We were afraid to act like jerks. When a teacher is soft spoken or nice, kids go out of hand.

People respect fear and intimidation, not politeness. We shouldn't care how others feel. Just straight up blunt. Aggression is a survival instinct.

"It's better to be rude" is a good high-IQ take, but "loud and aggressive" is a fuddu take, bhai.
 
i think what you mean by agressive is simply mean assertive and not letting others go over your head

Loud and rude is okay. Being aggressive doesn't mean throwing fists.

Speaking in soft tone means you are not dominant.

Your Punjabis are not passive like Awadhis, Purvanchalis and Biharis. Punjabis are blunt and straightforward which can sound mean, that's a positive trait.

If you try not to hurt others' feelings and act nice and soft, people don't get it.

Being loud and aggressive isn't optimal; it's going to spike your cortisol and suppress your T. Personally, I'm usually calm but rude, or I just don't bother.

Being blunt doesn't works when you speak in a soft tone.

Teachers, trainers and managers have to yell sometimes. Don't be a person who has a reputation of being soft spoken and quiet.

People are often rude and aggressive when others don't listen them.

Even so called polite people are often rude if they are no pushover.

Fear and intimidation is required in some jobs. You should be a person whom others fear.

Say wtf you want if you are being bothered. That should be mentality. Most people are rude for a reason. Quiet and soft spoken are always taken for granted.
