doing things I wouldnt do cuz Im scared of doing them.basically overcoming my fears in day to day situations.even small stuff like reposting "risky videos" on my tiktok acc

u cant fix ur social anxiety in one day.Do small steps and dont give up if u fail
I already started sounds weird but I try to like talk to old people I don't know if you understand what I mean but like I compliment their jacket as an example and sometimes it's a pretty good conversation, I just couldn't do that with people my age

I always get nervous and my heart beats so fast because I'm just shy and sometimes I can't get out a single word but I really try

Try exposure therapy bro, it’s probably the best way to reduce it. Although progress can be a little slow
