It's pretty much never over. Most people can reach an average looking level or if not close to it with good softmaxxing or maybe even hardmaxxing. Let's say you're an anomaly who cant. Maybe your really tall, maybe you've got a really good physique, maybe you're really funny (it does help believe me) or maybe you can fit into a niche. In the rare case none of this true you can get a good job, find a way to make a good income, do a sport or something which will not only help with dating but day to day life. It's never over

A family/a living income/friends. Hopefully a combination of the 3 but even with 1 one or 2 you can be fulfilled

In my opinion most people can solve their so called “problems” by lowering their expecations of life and appreciating what they have
