Rage IT'S OVER + I have TMJ now

Even though I used to think I had TMJ before, today I woke up to the actual thing, well I actually had it since yesterday but I thought it'd definitely go away by now, anyway, the left side of my ramus, I'm praying the muscle, just hurts badly when I move my jaw, eat, and extremely bad when I push the jaw back, apparently these are classic TMJ signs, and it's my fault because I used to purposely make my jaw pop by moving it.. no more chintucks... This is over

Chintucks don't cause TMJ they help it my physical therapist for TMJ literally recommended it

You should visit a specialist!
