i cant lie idk what a psl god is but overall this is generally a common issue, so ur not alone. i think the only way u can (kinda) improve it is just by trying to reduce the amount u engage w it. i made another tiktok acc once to not deal with my algorithm

it helped a bit becuz i wasn't completely denyin myself of i knew i was gonna use anyway (this case bein tiktok or social media in general) i just adjusted it to help reduce the amount of harm it was causing me
