You cannot just become ND because of high school bullying. Its decided from birth or from very early developmental stages and you cant just develop it that late in life
You seem to be very keen on obsessing over your own flaws, and you also seem very insecure, thats what repels girls unconsciously, not your looks. You need to do some self reflection, honestly.
Also, if you really are ND, dont go for NT girls because theyre less likely to understand and sympathize with you. Then you’ll probably have some more luck, especially in long term relationships.

I'm not diagnosed with autism, that's the thing. I can keep conversations but I was bullied in high school and after 14-15 years old I got isolated at home.

Maybe thats why my social skills are inexistent now.

yeah that will do that the best advice i can give is to up your social skills thats the basis of the relationship and dont let something that happened to you 10 years ago define your life or future
