Is there anything that can be done about lower jaw asymmetry? My lower jaw angles slightly upward on the right side compared to the left, making my right cheek look a bit fuller. I think this is because, for the past 2–3 years, I’ve been chewing only on the left side (I have no idea why I started doing that). So, the question is: can anything be done about this now without surgery? I should also mention that I have scoliosis (Grade 1, 8 degrees); I suspect that might be a factor as well. sorry for my english

jaw basically has 2 types of asymmetries either muscle else bone, bone asymmetry cant be fixed via exercise or chewing. since you mentioned you have scoliosis(s or c shape)
