hi, I am using those silicone jaw exercise tools you see on marketplaces, and I was wondering how long do you guys use them for per session, how many sessions do you do per week, and how long did it take you to notice results? I have a "weaker" right side of my face and I have been using one for the past week to level the sides out since I have been chewing food mostly on the left side of my face.
 
This is tricky cause it could be a looksmin cause it depends on your jaw muscle insertions also all you need is gums that’s it just don’t give yourself tmj

Am I in risk of tmj if I can fit 4 fingers between my teeth and my jaw does not "pop" while opening my mouth? I heard those are the requirements for using the small silicone chewers
 
why would you do that when you can do the natural route and chew tough foods, its your own body teaching you what we call "myofunctional therapy" and it provides you nutrients

Be careful of giving yourself TMJ, i think you should just chew on your weaker side and it'll naturally balance out
