Hello, I am currently getting a jaw implant wrap around. Currently I had a sliding genioplasty. Below is the design my surgeon sent me as a first draft.

The goal:
The main goal is to create a smooth transition to the chin to cover in dips and step offs from the genioplasty. the other is to follow the same contour as my original jaw. I do not want dramatic changes. just noticeable natural augmentation.
The wrap around does not go around the chin as I do not need any more forward projection. My goal is to not change the shape of the jawline much, only the prominence. I think adding vertical would not look good as it can make my face look longer. I have a 6.5mm for width and so far I think just like a 1mm on vertical. My worry is that without adding any vertical, it will create a box like effect by only adding width?

For those that have experience, please chime in on the design. I need a sanity check on it before committing. any help is greatly appreciated.
