Jaw implants or trimax?

I think im better looking after getting lean (mtn) but I still have some major flaws such as short face syndrome, flat cheekbones, bad chin to phil ratio. What is better to fix these problems? Jaw implants or trimax or bsso+chin wing + some fillers?

I just talked to someone from lookism

He said he got amazing results from double jaw surgery but implants botched and he has to remove soon.

Implants aren't worth it unless you find someone who is able to design and really knows what he's talking about.
