jaw surgery to advance lower jaw?

I have no jawline at 12% bodyfat because of recessed mandible due to mouthbreathing.

If I get lefort 1/lefort 3, would I need genio or something for lower third? I dont wanna do any unnatural surgeries, I just wanna look like what I wouldve looked like if I hadnt mouthbreathed.

If you get lf1 you can get bsso and genio
Do you have any malocclusion, lip incompetences ,etc?

If everything is normal you can still get double jaw advancement or just custom implants, fillers or something like a chin wing.

so if i get lefort 1 I have to have a lower jaw osteotomy? no natural way to get the jaw forward if it gets f****d by mouthbreathing?
I have slight lip incompetence and a slight overbite
