1/ Those type of gums are dangerous for the front teeth, switch to gums you put on the molars instead

2/ No doesn't work

Using mastic gum or falım gum would be healthier. You should chew for 10 minutes on the right side and 10 minutes on the left side. Chewing for half an hour minutes a day is sufficient.

Yeah had a gut feeling about it, glad I asked
Any exercise you would recommend instead?

For the 2nd exercise ? If you want to developp masseters/temporal muscles stick to molars light gums and neck curls.

I never understood what benefits you can get from that 2nd exercise, anatomically and biomechanically speaking

Is this the stuff you are talking about? I think I have used something similar in the past, without to much success… how long would you have to use this for in order to see results?

Yeah
Chin tucks seems to be good alongside a proper neck training, you can do "weighted" chin tucks with a band also, once you lastered regulars

It might be because you're not running it constantly

Noticeable changes in 2-3 months
6 months a lasting and noticeable change is achieved
Yeah the one on the left i used in the past, but to be fare I was still mouth breaving a lot so will give it another shot

Doing your research before using such things is a very responsible approach, and of course mastic gum is very good
