My legs are still sore four days after squatting nothing but the bar… a 45lb bar…

I’m a weak fat piece of shit.

Anyway my legs hurt when I walk normally so I been tiptoeing around my house like an autistic r****d

I'm not just starting out though which is the sad part lmaoo

I used to squat 185 (which still isn't much) and have just deteriorated so far where 75 reps of just the bar is enough to make me sore for the entire week
---------------------------------
it's been about 6-7 months since I actually trained till failure

and I been doing a lot of cardio in between that.

rip to my muscles

You still start again bro, still a good job. Progress overtime... with muscle memory the gains & strengh will came back quicker

In 2017 i broken my knee in a car accident, i learned to walk again for the next 6 months, and i can't still doing heavy squats in 2025 without triggering the pain... Now i cope with doing hundred of hindu squats, goblet squats, jump squats, i basically choose to do my cardio with legs workouts... No need to trigger pain again just to please the gymbros

You should be fine, keep going
