Hello all, I'm a loser from way back. Been into looksmaxxing for 10+ years now (I'm 25 now) though you wouldn't know it from looking at me unfortunately. I'm big into health optimization and overall a huge nerd very into nutrition, supplement stacks, protocols, etc.
A bit about me physically:
White, 5'4, 123lbs, pretty balanced figure (bust 32in, waist 26-27in, hips 38in) but hips are high and torso is short so that gives me the appearance of love handles which I hate
Hip length hair (natural color, light brown w/ sun highlights, mostly straight w/ slight wave), hazel eyes, freckles
Large eyes, nose is narrow/thin but longer w/ a dorsal bump and tip falls a bit which really hurts my side profile (this is prob my biggest flaw), small/narrow mouth and lips are borderline too thin
Facial proportions are all pretty good, but I do have an oval face so face is a bit longer and thinner overall
My main flaws/what I'm targeting:
- Skin: still struggling with acne a bit. It's not major but I'm getting on adapalene to try and clear up the rest of the way. Plus I'm prioritizing anti-aging now for prevention. Also really focused on skin hydration and plumping.
- Nasal breathing: I have an issue with mouth breathing at night
- Body composition: trying to be very consistent with the gym and lean out a bit
- Styling: I suck at styling, fashion, accessories, etc.
I've been going for a more neotenous look because that's what my features/traits naturally lean towards anyway and I've found the sultry/sleek look does not suit me lol.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with how I look and I do think I look technically fine, but I also think I look boring or just very plain/average. Part of the problem is that I go for a natural look and that's what aligns most with my lifestyle. So I'm not sure how much I want to change. For example, I'm not really into dying/chopping hair or crazy makeup. So it's just about figuring out how much I truly want to change.
Anyway, I'll share more maybe about what has been most helpful for me over the 10 or so years I've been working on my appearance.
